Pizza Leads to Green Stool

I ordered a pizza at 8pm roughly and it was the only thing I ate last night. This morning I am experiencing sharp escalating pains in my entire right side, nausea and vomiting. I collapsed from the pain at one point and then finally green stools. Be careful  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Green Stool
