Sick After Restaurant Visit

Ate at a restaurant We entered and were seated. One of the male employees kept going to the bathroom constantly and everytime he'd come back out he looked really ill.
Myself and 6 year old son are now sick. Symptoms started 20 hours after eating at the establishment.
3 days ago  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
