I am very sick I am puking up blood and I can’t go to the doctors at this moment but the only thing I ate yesterday was a chicken sandwich and I couldn’t eat anything today because I woke up extremely sick  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
