Solo Meal, Severe Symptoms

I had lunch after here yesterday, all I ate all day. By 1700 I had the worst stomach pains I've ever experienced that after 8 hours was the worst sickness and diarrhoea. Nobody else in my party have been sick but we all ate very different meals.
