I bought the southwest chicken wraps from this walmart on 11/19/18i ate them on 11/20/18. Had diarrhea extremely bad nauseated headaches and abdominal pain. Went to Urgent Care and was diagnosed with food poisoning!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Headache
