I hope your daughter is feeling better. I do a quick spray down w/a vinegar & water over any fruits & veggies, along with the bag the store has them in, a few minutes later rinse & rebag or put in another container.
Don’t forget-people that pick fresh fruits & veggies might also pick noses or bums & there are no washing stations out in the fiend.
Vinegar & water kills & washes away any contaminants.
