I purchased a pre made chicken chef salad and when extremely sick with vomiting and fever, I could not keep food down since August 8 2018. Ended getting dehydrated and really weak . I was the only one who purchased the salad. I was sick in less than 6-7 hrs  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Dehydration, Weakness
