Hoagie Triggers Nausea, Vomiting

I ate the hoagie and felt fine for a little afterwards. Then I felt nauseous and eventually couldn't get up. I would burp a lot too. Then i had enough and forced myself to vomit to ease the nausea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Burping
