Grilled chicken sandwich and side salad with ranch Thought I was in a colitis flare until I started vomiting then abdominal pain went away. Now I just have stomach pain. Symptoms started about 8 hours after eating. I kept burping up the taste of the sandwich  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Burping
