Pregnant Illness from Fast Food

Within a couple hours I was vomiting, had fever and chills. I am a 21 weeks pregnant. Went to labor and delivery and received fluids for moderate dehydration. 4 days now and still can't keep anything in me. Coming out both ends.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Chills
