Hadn't eaten all day until I ordered three spicy chicken sandwiches yesterday at about 2:30PM. Ate nothing since. Everything was fine until 5AM this morning. Started throwing up continued until 7AM when the diarrhea began simultaneously. It's now 8AM and hasn't stopped.

Dave's Single burger from Wendy's takeout at 2 pm Friday 7 March 2024. At 9:30 pm became violently ill, massive cramps, vomiting, diarrhea.

After eating the sandwich, I walked out into the parking lot and drank some water and then suddenly puked up half of what I ate.
