Bought a spicy ceasar salad at around 4p 2/5/2016 at Wendys on Harry and Hilside and shared it with my son. 15 min after eating the salad he had projectile vominting and complaints of abdominal cramping! I started having nausea about one hour after eating the salad. This is terrible!!!  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
