Wrong Order, Severe Symptoms

I'm not sure if this was a mistake or not but I've been very sick for a few days. The workers at this restaurant aren't polite at all! I didn't order a chicken sandwich but it was what was in my bag! I wasn't going back so I ate it & got sick! Will never EVER go back here  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea
