Nausea about an hour after eating. Vomiting and diarrhea about 10 hours later. 24 hours later and I still have stomach cramps, pain, nausea, and loose stool/diarrhea

Friend has swollen lips, throat feels weird, nausea,vand vomiting from eating a burger. I got a chicken sandwich and was ok.
