I ate chicken nuggets from Wendy's about noon on Sunday, April 7, 2019. By about 2:00 p.m. I started having stomach pain and a few hours later the worst diarrhea I have ever experienced. It is now 7 days and I have been horribly ill all that time and may have to go to the emergency room.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
