Food Safety Reports: Wendy's, Darrow Road, Stow, OH, USA

Had a spicy chicken sandwich for lunch on Wednesday 12/05/18. That night I started having stomach cramps and diarrhea. This continued throughout the night and has not stopped since. I heard similar stories of people getting sick after eating at this Wendy’s. I will not be returning there.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea
