Chicken Sandwich Illness

Ate a Wendys chicken sandwich for lunch @1pm on 5/10/17 and about 8pm I started feeling nauseous. Then around 9pm I starting vomiting and having diarrhea. It is now 5am and it's still going. I can't keep anything in  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
