Ate chicken sandwich for dinner last night at 5pm. Woke up at 3 am vomiting and diarrhea and continued this all night every hour and half. I feel horrible! I have plans today! I'll never eat wendys again!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
