Ate a spicy chicken sandwich, took a nap. When I woke up I had terrible stomach pain. Diarrhea, vomiting, chills and weakness for about 12 hours straight  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness, Chills, Stomach Pain
