Cod Sandwich Causes Illness

Ate a cod sandwich from Wendy's, around 6-7 PM, after sleeping until 12, I woke up feeling anxious and strange. I then got up, and vomited multiple times. Vomiting has continued with increased urination as well. Other than vomiting, it's rather mild.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
