I got the chicken sandwich and a fry for dinner last night and I have been up all night with explosive watery diarrhea. It’s currently 9 am and I’m still sick and I’m severely dehydrated because I can’t even keep water down. No amount of pepto bismol can help. I will never eat here again.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
