Nacho supreme is what I ate. It had beans,beef,tomatoes,cheese and sour cream. And then I had the potatoes with sour cream and cheese. I ate it around 11pm. Started having stomach cramps and then nausea. Around 2am the pain was so bad I couldn't sleep. Had terrible…
