On Saturday, Apirl 11th around 12:30pm I ordered the chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, gravy, cucumber tomato salad, roll, and sierra mist. It was around 11:30 that evening is when it all started diarrhea, nausea, fever, cramps and headache and violent throwing up all through the night into the next morning.
