I ate my usual chicken bowl with brown rice, veggies, black beans, mild salsa, cheese, guacamole, and lettuce. I ate it around 8pm last night, 2/10/16. I woke up before my alarm around 6am, ran to the toilet and began dry heaving, followed by diarrhea. I drove into work briefly, as symptoms continued. I continue to vomit and diarrhea every hour or so. | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Erbrechen
