I went to Chipotle on Dec. 20, 2016 at 5:30pm, I ordered a chicken bowl, it had white rice, black beans, pico, chivken, cheese and lettuce. About am hour or less after I ate the bowl, my stomach starring getting upset, then the diaherra started, then the vomiting. This went all night. I went to a doctor at 8am the next morning and was told I has food poisoning. The only except a piece of front in the am that I ate was chipole. I was instructed to drink only gator de for the first day ax ND depending on my tolerance add soup, rice, dry bread and bananas the next day. I will be off of work for at least 2 days to recover. | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Erbrechen
