On July 27, 2016, I consumed a chicken bowl with black beans, brown rice, corn, cheese, salsa, sour cream, and guacamole around 11:30am. At approximately 4:00am, I woke up with extreme abdominal cramping and sweating quickly followed by diarrhea and nausea for over the next hour. The cramping and nausea continued so severe I was unable to go back to sleep. | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Fieber, Krämpfe, schwitzen
