Over the day I ate an omelette in a small cafe in the medina, a nutella crepe from a stall and a roast cauliflower dinner from a restaurant. In the evening, I started to get tummy ache and diarrhea, this continued through the night, the next day I also had fever and chills and muscle aches (thighs) including aching eyes and felt generally weak. That evening and night symptoms got worse- fever and diarrhea and vomiting. It's now day 4 and the symptoms are continuing but are not as bad as at the beginning. | Symptome: Durchfall, Erbrechen, Fieber, Schwäche, Schmerzen im Magen, Körperschmerz, Schüttelfrost, Schmerzen in den Muskeln

Genau das Gleiche. Auch für schwangere Frauen. Und das Essen kam aus „netteren“ Restaurants. Es ist uns als Paar zweimal passiert, was besorgniserregend ist, weil wir im Grunde versucht haben, so einfache Lebensmittel zu essen, die sich von den Hauptzutaten fernhalten (inkl. Wasser für Suppen und Gemüse/Salate), aber es hat immer noch nicht funktioniert. Fieber, Schmerzen, Durchfall.
