Over the day I ate an omelette in a small cafe in the medina, a nutella crepe from a stall and a roast cauliflower dinner from a restaurant. In the evening, I started to get tummy ache and diarrhea, this continued through the night, the next day I also had fever and chills and muscle aches (thighs) including aching eyes and felt generally weak. That evening and night symptoms got worse- fever and diarrhea and vomiting. It's now day 4 and the symptoms are continuing but are not as bad as at the beginning. | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Vomissements, Fièvre, La faiblesse, Douleur d'estomac, Douleur corporelle, Frissons, Douleur musculaire

Exactement pareil. Egalement pour femme enceinte. Et la nourriture provenait de « meilleurs » restaurants. Cela nous est arrivé deux fois en tant que couple, ce qui est inquiétant car nous avons essentiellement essayé de manger des aliments aussi simples que possible en évitant les ingrédients principaux (y compris de l'eau pour les soupes et les légames/salades), mais cela n'a toujours pas fonctionné. Fièvre, courbatures, diarrhée.
