Over the day I ate an omelette in a small cafe in the medina, a nutella crepe from a stall and a roast cauliflower dinner from a restaurant. In the evening, I started to get tummy ache and diarrhea, this continued through the night, the next day I also had fever and chills and muscle aches (thighs) including aching eyes and felt generally weak. That evening and night symptoms got worse- fever and diarrhea and vomiting. It's now day 4 and the symptoms are continuing but are not as bad as at the beginning. | Síntomas: Diarrea, Vómitos, Fiebre, Debilidad, Dolor de estómago, Dolor en el cuerpo, Escalofríos, Dolor muscular

Exactamente igual. También para mujeres embarazadas. Y la comida provenía de restaurantes «mejores». Nos pasó dos veces cuando éramos pareja, lo cual es preocupante porque básicamente intentamos comer alimentos simples que se mantuvieran alejados de los ingredientes principales (por ejemplo, agua para sopas y verduras o ensaladas), pero aun así no funcionó. Fiebre, dolores, diarrea.
