Over the day I ate an omelette in a small cafe in the medina, a nutella crepe from a stall and a roast cauliflower dinner from a restaurant. In the evening, I started to get tummy ache and diarrhea, this continued through the night, the next day I also had fever and chills and muscle aches (thighs) including aching eyes and felt generally weak. That evening and night symptoms got worse- fever and diarrhea and vomiting. It's now day 4 and the symptoms are continuing but are not as bad as at the beginning. | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐, 发烧, 弱点, 胃痛, 身体疼痛, 寒战, 肌肉疼痛

完全一样。也适合孕妇。而且食物来自 “更好” 的餐厅。作为一对夫妇，这种情况发生在我们身上两次，这令人担忧，因为我们基本上是想吃远离主要食材（包括汤水和蔬菜/沙拉）的简单食物，但仍然行不通。发烧、疼痛、腹泻。
