Over the day I ate an omelette in a small cafe in the medina, a nutella crepe from a stall and a roast cauliflower dinner from a restaurant. In the evening, I started to get tummy ache and diarrhea, this continued through the night, the next day I also had fever and chills and muscle aches (thighs) including aching eyes and felt generally weak. That evening and night symptoms got worse- fever and diarrhea and vomiting. It's now day 4 and the symptoms are continuing but are not as bad as at the beginning. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Weakness, Stomach Pain, Body Ache, Chills, Muscle Pain

Exact same. Also for pregnant lady. And the food came from “nicer” restaurants. It happened twice to us as a couple, which is concerning because we’ve basically attempted to eat as simple of foods that stay away from main ingredients (inc. water for soups and veg/salads) but it still didn’t work. Fever, aches, diarrhea.
