I purchased the nacho pork hotdog for myself, luckily my daughters had the normal pork hot dog. These were eaten in store at approximately 1pm. From 2am until around 4am I experienced excruciating stomach cramps, diarrhoea, vomitting and hot flashes. I vomited up pieces of the nacho topping which eased the cramping following.
