Stopped to pick up lunch today around 12pm, ordered a beef brisket burrito bowl with couscous, black and baked beans, shredded cheese, salsa, guacamole, and corn with pablano and avocado crema sauce and chipotle mayo. I got home a half hour later and ate the bowl within an hour of being home. An hour later I had incredible stomach pains and had an urgent need to use the washroom. The stomach pains persist even now such that I can’t stand straight up and my mouth is watering as if I may vomit any moment. I feel a continual need to use the washroom but nothing is happening. Keeping a bin nearby as I feel vomit is imminent. ? | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Schmerzen im Magen
