I got a falafel pita sandwich with hummus, chopped salad, cabbage, onions, garlic sauce, and the green sauce yesterday afternoon around 3:30pm. I have eaten at naf naf countless times and so didn't think anything would happen. A few hours later I began to feel nauseous, then by around 10pm I was vomiting and having horrible diarrhea. I still have no appetite and can barely keep liquids down. Overnight, I couldn't even keep water down. It's been horrible and I didn't eat anything else other than some crackers and granola bars all day :( really bummed | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Erbrechen
