Visited steak and shake on 11/20/18 ad today, 11/23/18 my symptoms have worsened since last last night. I researched to see what kind of lettuce is used the the fried chicken salad, which is what I ate at steak and shake, to find out that iceberg and romaine lettuces are used. | Symptome: Fieber, Übelkeit, Erbrechen
