My aunt got me a foot long sub with black forest ham, tomatoes, black olives, lettuce and southwest Chipotle sauce on Italian cheese bread. Around 4:00 am I woke up with severe abdominal pain. Around 5:30 am I barely made it to the bathroom on time to puke. I've puked 6 times today and have had 3 bouts of severe diarrhea | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Erbrechen
