I went to taco Bell in Mccalla Alabama on 12-19-2017 to get my order replaced because the got the original order wrong 12-18-2017.I tried calling the number on the ticket "205-426-1525" on 12-18-2017 over and over repeatedly but never got an answer for a 2 hour time frame, the phone just rang.
I went in the next day and showed my ticket and informed the manager of 3 cheese blend nacho cheese being hid in the burrito. the reciet showed it was not supposed to be on the order. It was removed from the taco... And I thought it was removed from the burrito as well... but it was hid between the wrap... When I told her. Along with the chalupa bread that was on the outside of the taco being ice cold as if he took it straight from the refrigerator and put it onto the taco.
She seem to be annoyed with me and the fact that I was not happy with my order.
But I allowed them to try to correct the order... I thought everything was okay.. but I noticed once I started eating he had put the same 3 cheese that was not supposed to be there.. so I only ate the tacos that didn't have it. I tried to call again about the wrong order, but again no answer... The next morning I was woken up sick as a dog.. And couldn't hold anything down.
This location needs to be closed down before they kill somebody. | Symptome: Durchfall, Fieber, Übelkeit, Erbrechen
