Unclean Hands, Severe Illness

Had a sausage breakfast sandwich. About 8 hours later started feeling stomach cramps. By 10pm had uncontrollable shaking, sweating, fever, and projectile vomiting. Lasted throughout the night. Person who handed me my food had extremely unclean hands and fingernails.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Cramps, Sweating, Shaking
