On Monday, April 24, 2017 at 7 PM, we ate at the Bonefish Grill. Had calamari, Italian salad, lobster tail. Felt bloated after eating. After two hours got violent diarrea and weakness. Called 9-11 and an ambulance took me to the hospital. The lab confirmed the doctors suspicion that it was food poisoning. They released me after three hours. Upon arriving at home, I threw up violently and uncontrollable manner. Undigested calamari were in the vomit. That was two days ago. Have been unable to eat. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Weakness, Bloating
