The FSAI announced the recall of a batch of Al-Burj Tahini Halva with Pistachios due to the presence of Salmonella.The recalled product is:
- Al-Burj Tahini Halva with Pistachios; pack size: 400g, Best before date: 09/07/2022, Country Of Origin: Syrian Arab Republic
Consumers are advised not to eat the implicated batch, and retailers are requested to remove the implicated batch from sale and to display a point-of-sale recall notice in stores where the affected batch was sold.
