Berkeley Club Beverages, Inc. has voluntarily recalled over 150,000 bottles of its Berkeley Springs Water due to bacterial contamination (the product tested positive for coliforms). The product was distributed in West Virginia, Maryland, and Virginia in USA.The recalled products include:
- Both the Berkeley Springs Water Purified and Berkeley Springs Water Distilled
- Sold in one-gallon and five-gallon plastic bottles.
- The affected batches bear the codes 090326, 090426, 090526, and 090626.
- The total quantity of recalled products is 151,397.75 bottles.
Consumers are advised to not consume the product and to return it to where they purchased it.
