Black pudding sausages with onion, vacuum-packed - recalled due to Listeria monocytogenes

Clermont has issued a recall for its product, '10 Boudins Noirs Aux Oignons', due to the detection of Listeria monocytogenes. The product was distributed across France.

The recalled product is:
- Brand name: 10 Boudins Noirs Aux Oignons.
- Packaged in vacuum-sealed bags.
- GTIN 3363710002830
- Batch 116
- Best before the date of 14/05/2024.
- The product was sold between 25/04/2024 and 06/05/2024.

If you have this product at home, do not consume it and return it to the store where it was purchased.

The issue was discovered following routine testing which revealed the presence of Listeria monocytogenes. The recall procedure is expected to end on 22/05/2024.
