1950 Rue Jean-Talon Est, Montréal, H2E 1T8 Québec, Canada

Boulangerie et pâtisserie San Pietro is recalling certain pastries due to potential Salmonella contamination. The affected products, containing pistachios imported from Iran, were sold exclusively at their Montreal location between October 6, 2025, and January 7, 2026.

AFFECTED PRODUCT:

PRODUCT: "PISTACHIO YULE LOG"
- Format: Unitary
- Lot Targeted: Units sold only between December 18 and 20, 2025

PRODUCT: "CIARDONI"
- Format: Unitary
- Lot Targeted: Units sold between October 6, 2025 and January 7, 2026

The issue was identified following a national outbreak of Salmonella infections linked to contaminated pistachios. The recall was announced on January 22, 2026 and was classified as Class I.
