November 17th, 2025:
Costco and Ventura Foods has issued a recall for select batches of Caesar Salad and Chicken Sandwich with Caesar Salad sold at Costco due to potential plastic contamination in the salad dressing. The affected products were distributed to Costco locations nationwide in the United States.

AFFECTED PRODUCTS:
- Item# 19927 Caesar Salad
- Item# 11444 Chicken Sandwich with Caesar Salad

The products are marked with Sell By dates from 10/17/25 to 11/9/25. The specific quantities of the recalled products have not been disclosed.
