Citrus Gravlax & Kaffir Gravlax Matakana Smokehouse - recalled due to Listeria

Matakana Smokehouse NZ Ltd is recalling its Citrus Gravlax and Kaffir Gravlax products due to a potential Listeria contamination. The products are distributed at select stores in Auckland and Tutukaka. As of now, there have been no reported illnesses associated with these products.The recall involves all sizes of Matakana Smokehouse NZ brand Citrus Gravlax and Kaffir Gravlax. The products, packed on March 20, 2024, bear a use-by date of April 10, 2024. They are sold in vacuum-packed packages ranging from 150g to 200g.
The products are sold at the following stores:
- Stock Deli - Shop 7/11 Marina Road, Tutukaka 0173
- Omaha Superette - 4/1 Matariki Street Omaha, Auckland
- IE Produce - 1 Barrys Point Road, Takapuna, Auckland 0622
The products have not been exported.
