Délices des cèdres is recalling certain pastries containing pistachios due to potential Salmonella contamination. The affected products were sold at their Laval location in Quebec between October 8 and December 1, 2025.AFFECTED PRODUCT:

These items were available at room temperature and dispensed by a clerk.
The recall is a precautionary measure following a nationwide outbreak linked to pistachios from Iran. The recall was classified as Class I and announced in collaboration with the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food on January 15, 2026.
