Dole Fresh Packed Blueberries - recalled due to possible Cyclospora contamination

The CFIA announced the recall of Dole brand Fresh Packed Blueberries by Save-On-Foods LP due to possible Cyclospora contamination. There have been no reported illnesses associated with the consumption of these products.

The recalled products are:

- Dole Fresh Packed Blueberries (170 g), UPC: 0 71430 01150 8, Codes: 14632, 15032, 15046, 15646 and 15648.
- Dole Fresh Packed Blueberries (510 g), UPC: 0 71430 01154 6, Codes: 14632, 14732, 15032, 15046, 15232, 15446, 15432, 15646 and 15648.
- Dole Fresh Packed Blueberries (1 pint), UPC: 0 71430 01151 5, Codes: 15032, 15046, 15132, 15148, 15146, 15232, 15332, 15646 and 15648.

These products were distributed in Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Yukon, Possibly National.

If you have the recalled products in your home, please do not eat them, throw them away, or returned them to the place of purchase.

Food contaminated with Cyclospora may not look or smell spoiled but can still make you sick. In case you are experiencing Cyclospora symptoms such as Watery diarrhea (most common), Cramping, Bloating, Increased gas, Nausea, Fatigue, and possibly Vomiting and Low-grade fever, it is important to report it. It can help to detect & resolve outbreaks early and prevent others from being harmed, and it enables better surveillance.
