Les confiseries Hansel Gretel is recalling its "Dubai Chocolate" due to potential Salmonella contamination. The product was sold exclusively at their Cowansville location in Quebec between June 18 and December 8, 2025.

AFFECTED PRODUCT:

PRODUCT: "DUBAI CHOCOLATE"
- Format: Unitary
- Lot Targeted: Units sold between June 18 and December 8, 2025
- It was sold at room temperature.

The issue was identified following a nationwide outbreak of Salmonella linked to contaminated pistachios from Iran. The recall was announced on January 15, 2026, in collaboration with the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food.
