August 25th, 2025:
The J. M. Smucker Co. is recalling certain Hostess® Ding Dongs® products in the U.S. due to potential mold presence. The recall affects products distributed nationwide in the United States. No other J. M. Smucker Co. products are involved in this recall.

PRODUCT: Hostess Chocolate Ding Dong Family Pack (16 CT)
- UPCs 8-88109-11092
- Best-by dates of August 30 to September 3, 2025.

The issue was identified during routine quality checks. The recall was initiated on August 21, 2025.
