Joseph Epstein Food Enterprises, Inc., also known as MamaMancini's, has voluntarily recalled its Hungryroot Ricotta Stuffed Shells due to potential Listeria monocytogenes contamination. The product has been distributed in several states including CA, NJ, DE, MN, AZ, and IN in the USA. The recall was initiated on November 20, 2024, and as of the center classification date on December 12, 2024, the recall status is ongoing.The recall specifically targets:
- The Hungryroot Ricotta Stuffed Shells
- Sold in 6 packs of 14 oz. each in plastic trays.
- The total amount of recalled products is 1,170 cases.
